This program will send them an immediate response with perhaps a link to and infomation site like this one your reading right now... You might notice that some IMs have a link include right in the IM . • Eudora Email 4.01  This is a great tool to automate the collection of pop3 mail.  You can use this to send out prewritten email to anyone who asks for information.. It can be used to redirect mail .. forward mail.. or just plain answer and categorize it..

• There are also some autoresponding email companies available that you can set up to automatically answer anyones request for additional information.  Getresponse.com is one..and Webmailstation.com is another popular one.   Both companies provide a free autoresponder with can be upgraded to do more things.
